Health education and healthy lifestyle forming programmes at RCH

Rail Cargo Hungaria Zrt. Rail Cargo Hungaria Zrt. received 6,538,690 HUF non-refundable subsidy for its employees at the tender entitled Health education and healthy lifestyle forming programmes – local venues within the New Szécheny Plan. The subsidy supported the project carried out in 2013 to 100%.

Within the programme implemented among other places in Záhony, Miskolc, Velence and Gödöllő almost 300 employees of the corporation took part in events regarding life management competences, stress management, healthy diet, regular physical activities, as well as first aid courses.

The aim of the health education and healthy lifestyle forming programme subsidised from European Union sources was to broaden the employees' knowledge about healthy and life quality. To this end, during the 12-month-period of the project, programmes related to healthy diet, stress management, life management competences, regular physical activities and first aid were implemented in the form of presentations, group sessions and clubs.
